For the past 20 years, Madhu Siddalingaiah has worked with large companies to develop their software technology skills. Madhu has authored several books and technical articles about Java and XML, and he speaks at conferences all over the world. He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Maryland.

Prior to joining Aquarius Solutions, Madhu was the principal consultant at SEA Corporation.

Chád Darby
Director of Professional Services

Chád Darby has over 15 years of experience developing software for Fortune 500 companies and the Department of Defense. Chád is a contributing author for several Java books and author of multiple magazine articles. He is a frequent speaker at Java conferences worldwide. Chád has Java certifications from Sun Microsystems and IBM. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to joining Aquarius Solutions, Chád was the principal consultant at J9 Consulting.

Charles Jones
Senior Consultant

Charles Jones has 10 years of software development experience, much of it in the healthcare industry. For the past 7 years, Charles has combined his development experience with technical training and mentoring. He has the unique ability to speak the language of business owners as well as the technical language of developers.

Charles is a Learning Tree certified .NET instructor. He holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from Jacksonville State University.
